3 ways to wear Leggings – Autumn/ Winter outfits

This is one of the easest most comfortable and practical outfits to wear day to day. A school run, mum on the go favourite that covers all bases and still looks fashionable and put together.

In this blog I feature my top 3 ways to wear black leggings for day to day, I’ve given you a few options from the high street for each one.

My tips

  • Buy good quality leggins ( see below for some examples) you do not want thin ones where you can see your VPL.
  • Unless you are supper skinny the most flattering way for most of us to wear day to day is with a top that covers or party covers your bum. This can be a T shirt then a longer jacket combo – see below, but the overall look you are going for is that your middle is covered by a layer.
  • If wearing with trainers have a gap showing your ankle.
  • Keeping the colour palette neutral does give this look a overall more expensive and chic feel.

My favourite black leggings are these three , they are great quality, value for money, look and style wise they are perfect. I have all 3 myself and live in them when it comes to autumn/ winter.

The mint velvet ones are also great for evening or being a bit more “going out” but I’ll come to that in another blog.
